Factory

 UGUR marble factory including 80.000 m2 open area and 13.000 m2 closed area is equipped by 5 pieces of block cutters, 4 pcs. of  gang-saw machines, 2 tile lines, 1 strip polishing line, 2 splitting lines, 2 pcs. of bridge cutting machines, slab polishing line, strip resin line,  slab resin line and chamfering machine. It is planned that the UGUR Marble Factory will manufacture 500.000 m2 of slabs and 800.000 m2 cut to size marble with 200 employees.

 The finest quality of marbles coming from five different quarries are cut by block cutters or gang-saw machines. After this step the blocks are sent to the splitting lines and after tile polishing lines, slap polishing lines the blocks turn into a value added marble.

In every steps of production, quality control and standardization for perfect selection are done by our engineers and marble experts. Therefore we can deliver our marbles in same quality standard and we believe that this is the starting point of having loyal and satisfied clients. In addition, with two bridge- cutting machines our slabs are easily cut to size.
